The Provider operates the sport-stats SaaS platform GameStatiq (the "Service") available at gamestatiq.com. The Service enables sports clubs, leagues and federations to collect, store and publish statistics from flag football matches and related sports.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between the Provider and any person using or subscribing to the Service (the "User").

A User may be a natural person doing business or a legal entity (club, federation, association). The Service is not intended for consumers within the meaning of § 419 of the Czech Civil Code — it is a tool for sports organizations.

3. User account

Registration is required for full access to the Service. The User is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for the security of login credentials.

The User agrees not to allow third parties to use their account outside the scope of assigned roles (admin, staff, viewer). The User is liable for any damage caused by account misuse.

4. Plans and pricing

The Service is offered in three tiers:

• Team — for a single team, €12 / month.
• Club — for clubs with multiple teams, €28 / month.
• League — for federations and associations, from €79 / month (price depends on the number of member clubs).

The Provider is not a VAT payer under Czech law (§ 6 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT). Prices are final.

A 30-day free trial is available for the Club and League tiers without requiring payment details. After the trial ends, the User must activate a paid plan or the account will be downgraded to the free Team tier.

Current prices are listed on gamestatiq.com/en/#pricing. The Provider reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; in that case the User may terminate the agreement on the effective date of the new pricing.

5. Payment terms

Payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) in monthly or annual cycles chosen by the User. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled by the User.

An invoice / tax document is issued electronically and sent to the User's email after each payment. Payment is due on charge.

In case of a failed payment, the User is notified by email and has 7 days to resolve it. After that period, access to the Service may be temporarily suspended.

6. Term and termination

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite term with a minimum duration of one billing cycle (month or year). The User may cancel the subscription at any time in the customer portal — the Service then runs until the end of the paid period.

The Provider may terminate the agreement in case of a material breach by the User (e.g. misuse of data, attempted attack on the system, unpaid invoice 30+ days). In such case, data will be retained for 30 days post-termination for export purposes.

7. Data and content ownership

All data the User uploads to the Service (rosters, statistics, logos, photos, match descriptions) remain the User's property. The Provider may process data only for the purpose of providing the Service and only to the extent necessary (hosting, backups, aggregation for calculations).

Upon termination, the User has the right to export their data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV). Requests can be sent to hello@gamestatiq.com.

30 days after termination, data will be irreversibly deleted unless the User requests earlier deletion.

8. Liability and availability

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure availability of the Service but does not guarantee a specific uptime SLA or the accuracy of statistics computed from input data — accuracy of statistic entry is the User's responsibility.

The Provider is not liable for damage caused by (i) the User's internet outage, (ii) outages of third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe), (iii) password loss, or (iv) statistician error during match entry.

The Provider's aggregate liability towards the User in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by the User in the last 12 months.

9. Personal data and GDPR

Processing of personal data (the User's and that of individuals whose data the User uploads to the Service — typically players) is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The User is the data controller for the personal data of their players and team members. The Provider is a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Czech court.

The Provider may amend these Terms. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new wording.
